After a series of incredibly disruptive and, frankly, kind of hair-raisingly sinister events, I'm managing. Like for real. I'm okay. I'm seeing the bright side, and wondering, is this real life? Am I a superhero?

So glad things are getting better! Remember if the joys of Jakarta get too much Singapore is only an hour away.... Sometimes living in an orderly safe little dot has its merits.

I'll remember that, Claire. Right now, the adventure of being here has me riding a wave of adrenaline, though I can guarantee I'll need a singapore fix soon enough because the one thing that Jakarta doesn't have is a Club Monaco. So. You know. Hi. I'll be seeing you.
